Plastic bottle – pharmaceutical bottle with spray pump represents a practical packaging for various liquid formulations where fine and even dosing is important. Thanks to the combination of a compact shape and a functional sprayer, it is suitable for packing preparations intended for topical application, moisturising or disinfection. The brown tint of the plastic helps to reduce light transmission and thus contributes to better stability of more sensitive components inside the packaging.
The bottle is designed to provide reliable protection of the contents during normal use, while being lightweight and impact resistant. The practical sprayer allows targeted application without hand contact with the contents, which is important for both cosmetic and hygiene products.
This product is supplied as a combination of bottle and white sprayer, designed to ensure convenient and reliable dosing in the form of a fine spray. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – focused on sealing, dosing consistency and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, presence of alcohol, oil components, etc.).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can also be used for many formulations containing alcohol, but we always recommend performing your own compatibility test with the specific product. With a higher proportion of alcohol, observe the behaviour of the plastic and the sprayer (sealing, dosing smoothness, any changes on the surface). A test sample will help you verify the long-term stability of the packaging with your specific recipes.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, but it is recommended to always keep it for the same type of product (for example always cosmetics or always cleaning preparation). Before each refilling, the bottle and sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, applied in an appropriate manner. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly.
In the Handymade range, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. With its help, you can quickly select a suitable bottle, pharmaceutical bottle or jar according to several parameters – especially according to neck type, size, colour and material. By combining these filters, you can easily narrow down the selection to packaging that best matches your formulation and the intended method of dosing.
Before cleaning, it is advisable to completely empty the packaging and the sprayer and disassemble them into individual parts that are structurally intended to be taken apart. Then wash them in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry at room temperature. Before the next filling, we recommend disinfecting the inner surface of the bottle and the parts of the sprayer with a suitable alcoholic solution (for example using products available on Handymade) and after disinfection leaving everything to ventilate thoroughly and dry. Avoid exposure to excessive heat, which could lead to deformation of the plastic or damage to the sprayer mechanism.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, its recycling is recommended according to the type of material specified in the parameter table for the product. Before handing it over to sorted collection, empty the bottle and rinse it from any remaining contents. Then dispose of the packaging in the container designated for the given material in accordance with local waste sorting rules; in the case of a combination of materials, you can sort the sprayer and the bottle body separately if the collection system in your area allows it. In this way you will reduce the amount of waste and contribute to more efficient recycling of packaging materials.
