Plastic bottle – pill bottle with white sprayer represents a practical, lightweight and durable solution for packaging cosmetic and technical preparations in spray form. The packaging is designed to allow convenient, even application as a fine mist or spray stream, which is ideal for liquid products that need to be dispensed in smaller amounts directly onto the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces. Thanks to its compact shape, the bottle is also suitable for travel, for a handbag or for a professional work case.
The sprayer is adapted to common water-based cosmetic and hygiene formulations, enabling reliable, controlled dosing without unnecessary product waste. The plastic material of the bottle ensures practical handling, low weight and resistance to breakage, which you will appreciate in home production, small-scale production as well as in professional use in salons and services.
This packaging represents a combination of bottle and sprayer in a single functional unit, ready for direct use without the need to purchase additional closures. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the reliability of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (pH, alcohol content, oils, active substances and preservatives).

The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene rules are observed; however, we always recommend filling each new batch of product into a bottle that is as clean as possible. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. To disinfect the packaging you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, depending on the nature of your formulation and your internal hygiene standards. After disinfection, it is advisable to let the packaging dry completely in order to minimize the risk of impairing product stability due to residual moisture or alcohol.
Before the first filling, we recommend disassembling the bottle and the sprayer into the accessible parts, rinsing them with clean water and, if necessary, with a mild, well-rinsable cleaning agent. It is then advisable to disinfect the packaging – in practice, rinsing with a suitable alcohol solution has proven effective (for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). After disinfection, let all parts dry freely at room temperature so that no residues of water or alcohol remain, and only then proceed to fill with the final product.
Plastic packaging of this type is intended, in normal use, for filling with products at room temperature or only slightly elevated temperature. It is not designed to be exposed to high temperatures, which carry a risk of softening or deformation of the bottle walls and malfunction of the sprayer. The packaging is not suitable for boiling, sterilization in boiling water or washing in a dishwasher with hot programmes. If the formulation requires processing at higher temperatures, we recommend pouring the finished, cooled product into this bottle only after it has cooled to a safe temperature (approximately room temperature) and then performing a short test of the spraying function.
If you decide not to use the bottle with sprayer any further, we recommend first emptying it completely and, if possible, rinsing out any remaining product. The method of recycling and sorting depends on the type of plastic specified in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade.sk website – place the packaging in the container corresponding to the indicated material designation. In most cases, the bottle and the sprayer consist of several plastic components; if possible, separate the individual parts from each other (bottle, upper part of the sprayer, protective cap) and sort them according to local waste management rules. Adhering to the material designation from the product parameters helps ensure correct treatment in the recycling process.

We recommend starting by selecting the category according to the intended use (for example bottles, jars, dispensers) and then adjusting the filtering step by step until you find the packaging that best suits your product, the fluidity of the formulation and the planned dosing method.
