Glass bottle – medicine bottle with 28 mm thread and smooth dispenser represents a professional solution for packaging liquid preparations that require precise dosing and reliable closure. Thanks to the combination of a durable glass container and a functional dispensing system, this bottle is a practical choice for products where repeatable application, controlled dosing and aesthetic packaging are important. The smooth dispenser enables comfortable use in both home and professional production.
This product represents a combination of a glass medicine bottle and a smooth dispensing closure configured directly on Handymade.sk. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing behaviour and the reaction of the specific formulation in contact with the packaging over a longer period of time.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Based on the material listed in the parameter table, you can choose a suitable way of recycling the packaging at the end of its service life. If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it and, if necessary, rinsing out product residues according to the nature of the filling, and then placing it in the appropriate sorted waste stream according to the material type of the bottle and the closure.
The medicine bottle with smooth dispenser is primarily intended for low- to medium-viscosity liquid products where more precise dosing is required. It can also be used for lighter oils or more fluid serums. For very thick gels or creamy formulations, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and a dosing test to verify whether application proceeds smoothly and without excessive pressure on the closure.
The glass medicine bottle can be used repeatedly provided that basic hygiene principles are observed and that it is appropriately chosen for the specific type of product. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying is the bottle ready for reuse. When changing the type of filling (for example from a fragranced product to an oil-based product), we recommend specifically checking that no fragrance or colour residues remain.
The method of recycling depends on the material of the individual parts, which you can find in the parameter table for the product. The glass part of the medicine bottle can generally be placed, after removal of filling residues, into the glass container according to local waste-sorting rules. The closure and dispensing mechanism are mostly made of plastic or combinations of materials – we recommend separating them from the glass and sorting them according to the type of plastic given in the parameters, or disposing of them as mixed waste if local recycling conditions do not allow detailed sorting. Before disposal, it is advisable to remove product residues from the packaging in order to simplify the recycling process.
The glass bottle with smooth dispenser is also suitable as part of travel or smaller packaging, provided that the closure is properly tightened and the packaging is protected from impacts during transport. We recommend always placing the bottle in a separate case or cosmetic bag in order to minimise mechanical stress on the glass. For air transport, it is necessary to respect limits for carrying liquids and to place the bottle in a resealable plastic bag so that, in case of leakage, other contents of the luggage are not contaminated.
