Glass bottle – pharmaceutical bottle with white sprayer is a practical and visually clean packaging suitable for gentle, even dosing of liquids in the form of a mist or fine spray. The combination of a transparent glass pharmaceutical bottle and a functional plastic sprayer allows comfortable and hygienic packaging of formulations where controlled dosing and precise application to the skin, hair or surface is important.
This packaging is ideal for liquid products that require fine spraying without contact with the hands, thereby reducing the risk of contamination of the contents. The rigid glass provides stability and protects the formulation against undesirable interactions with the packaging, while the plastic sprayer ensures comfortable use and convenient dosing in a small volume.
This glass bottle – pharmaceutical bottle with sprayer is supplied as a ready-made functional combination of packaging and dosing element. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging works optimally with your specific product.

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly, provided it is handled appropriately and the mechanical parts of the sprayer are not damaged. When refilling, it is important to follow hygiene principles – before new use, the packaging must always be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected. To disinfect the inner surface of the bottle and the parts of the sprayer, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant-based ethanol. Only after it has completely dried can the container be filled again with a new formulation.
This type of pharmaceutical bottle with sprayer is most suitable for liquid, low-viscosity preparations that are to be applied as a fine mist or spray. These are mainly toning facial waters, hydrolats, refreshing sprays, light hair blends or aromatherapeutic room sprays. For thicker emulsions or gels, spraying may be ineffective, so it is advisable to test the behaviour of the specific formulation in this type of dosing before final filling.
The glass part of the bottle can be rinsed with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then thoroughly rinsed with clean water and left to dry. After mechanical cleaning, we recommend disinfecting the inner surface with an alcohol-based preparation, for example with 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant-based ethanol. The sprayer needs to be cleaned more gently – rinsed and, if necessary, sprayed through with a small amount of alcohol, then left to dry. During cleaning, it is advisable to avoid excessive mechanical stress to prevent damage to the flexible parts of the pump or tube.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is appropriate to recycle it according to the types of materials used, as specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle is usually placed in the separated glass collection, while the plastic parts of the sprayer (head, tube, any seals) belong to plastic waste, unless stated otherwise. Before placing them in the appropriate container, it is advisable to empty the bottle and sprayer and remove any product residues. Recycling rules may differ slightly depending on the local collection system, therefore we recommend checking the recommendations of your local recycling centre or municipality.
