The glass bottle with spray dispenser is a practical and elegant packaging suitable for filling various liquid preparations where fine and even atomization is required. Thanks to the high-quality glass and functional spray mechanism, it is ideal for products that require hygienic and controlled dispensing without contact with hands or contamination of the contents.
This type of packaging is popular for cosmetics, skincare and home sprays because it allows easy application and at the same time helps maintain the stability and cleanliness of the formulation. The glass bottle has a professional appearance, supports the perception of product quality and is also suitable for smaller trial or travel sizes.
This glass bottle is supplied in combination with a functional spray dispenser that is adapted to the neck dimensions and ensures optimal dosing. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that your specific product will work in the packaging in the long term and without problems.

The bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant-based ethanol. Only after complete drying should you refill the bottle, which minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and deterioration of the contents.
The spray dispenser is suitable for various liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity that need to be applied as a fine mist or spray. These are mainly face and body lotions with a more fluid consistency, toners, refreshing sprays, hair tonics, aromatic blends or disinfection solutions. Before final filling we recommend checking whether the specific formula does not clog the nozzle and whether it produces the desired spray pattern.
We recommend verifying compatibility with a trial batch that you fill into the bottle and leave for several weeks under normal and slightly stressed conditions (temperature changes, transport). Monitor whether there are changes in the colour, odour or consistency of the product, whether the spray dispenser does not dry out, clog and whether the packaging remains sealed even with repeated use. If any discrepancies are found, it may be necessary to adjust the formula or choose another type of closure or packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material type specified in the product parameters. The glass bottle itself, once emptied and rinsed, is normally disposed of in the glass container. The spray dispenser consists of plastic and metal parts that are sorted according to local rules or disposed of in mixed waste if it is not possible to separate the individual materials. Always remove product residues before disposal to reduce environmental impact.
