Before the first filling it is advisable to clean the packaging mechanically (rinse and remove dust or manufacturing residues) and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based product. We recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol at the recommended concentration, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, allow the bottle and spray dispenser to dry thoroughly and only then fill them with the final product.

The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging and the spray dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and product degradation. For disinfection we recommend using alcohol-based products, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After treatment, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill and reassemble them.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type specified in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle is usually intended for sorting into the glass container, while the plastic parts of the spray dispenser are generally sorted with plastic waste. Before disposal it is advisable to empty the packaging as much as possible and separate the individual components (glass and plastic). Always adapt recycling rules to the local waste sorting system and to the information in the product parameter table.

Uneven dosing or clogging of the spray dispenser may be related to the viscosity or content of solid particles in the fill. First check whether the dip tube is not kinked and whether the spray dispenser is screwed on tightly. You can then unscrew the spray dispenser and rinse it with warm water, or with water containing a small amount of mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry. For more viscous formulations or products with undissolved particles, consider using a different type of dosing system or filtering the product before filling.
