Transparent plastic bottle with disc-top closure represents a practical and professional packaging solution, particularly suitable for liquid and lightly viscous products where convenient and controlled dispensing is important. Thanks to the transparent body, the user has an instant overview of the contents, which makes it easier to check the quantity and visually present the finished product.
The packaging is designed to reliably protect the contents from external influences while allowing easy handling in everyday practice. The disc-top closure supports hygienic and precise dispensing, which will be appreciated by manufacturers of cosmetics, household products and artisan makers of smaller batches.
This bottle with a fitted disc-top closure forms a practical ready-made combination of container and closure. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing behaviour and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure optimal functionality for your particular product.

You can reuse the bottle provided you follow hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using suitable disinfectants such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol) or plant-based ethanol (Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based). This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the new product by residues of the original contents.
The plastic material of this bottle is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. It is not recommended to boil the packaging, heat it near sources of heat or wash it in a dishwasher, because at higher temperatures there is a risk of deformation of the packaging and deterioration of the sealing properties of the closure. For normal cleaning, lukewarm water with a mild detergent is sufficient; afterwards, the packaging should be disinfected and allowed to dry completely before further use.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first and foremost sorting it correctly according to the material indicated in the parameter table on the product page on Handymade.sk. Place the empty and as thoroughly rinsed as possible bottle into the appropriate recycling bin according to local recycling rules (for example, into the container intended for the given type of plastic). This reduces the amount of waste and supports the reprocessing of the material. It is advisable to take the closure apart and sort it separately if it is made from a different type of plastic than the bottle body.
The disc-top closure is particularly suitable for liquid and lightly viscous products where you need fast but controlled dosing. The bottle is ideally suited for body and facial waters/lotions, hair care products, gentle cleansing products, shower gels or liquid soaps. Thanks to the easy one-hand opening, it is also practical when used in the shower or for professional work in a salon.
