The packaging can be used repeatedly under normal use, as long as it is in good condition and does not show signs of damage or deformation. With each refilling it is important to follow hygiene principles – the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and, before new use, disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-derived ethanol Ethanol 96 %. At the same time we recommend monitoring whether repeated cleaning changes the appearance or mechanical stability of the plastic.

The bottle is made of PET material, which is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. Washing in a dishwasher or sterilisation by boiling is not recommended, because at elevated temperatures the packaging may become deformed and its mechanical properties may deteriorate. For cleaning and disinfection it is more suitable to use lukewarm water with a mild detergent, followed by disinfection with an alcohol solution.

If you decide not to use the packaging any further, its recycling is recommended in accordance with local waste-sorting regulations. After emptying any product residues and giving it a basic rinse with clean water, the PET bottle can be placed into collections of plastics designated as recyclable plastics. Before placing it into the container, check the relevant marking in the product parameters and follow the local waste-sorting system, so that the packaging is properly processed in the recycling stream.

The clear PET bottle is ideal for liquid and slightly viscous products where visual control of colour and quantity is practical. It is suitable, for example, for toners, hydrolats, hair lotions, body sprays, air fresheners, household cleaning solutions, or test and development samples. When choosing, always take into account the character of your formulation, especially the content of alcohol, oils and active substances, and, if necessary, carry out a trial filling.

You can filter by neck type, size, colour and material, which enables you to quickly select a bottle, medicine bottle, jar or pot that will best match your specific product and method of dosing.

Before filling a larger quantity, we recommend carrying out a small trial test. Fill one bottle with your formulation, close it with the selected closure or spray pump and observe the behaviour of the packaging for several days – the tightness of the closure, changes in shape, discolouration of the plastic or any cloudiness. Also test different storage conditions, for example moving between room temperature and a lower temperature. If no deformation, leakage or visible changes to the packaging occur during the test, you can use the bottle with greater confidence also for larger batches.
