The plastic bottle with a transparent body and a disc-top closure with a gold rim and white center represents a practical and aesthetic solution for packaging modern cosmetic and hygiene products. The transparent container allows visual control of the contents, while the disc-top closure ensures convenient and controlled dispensing of liquid and gel formulations. Thanks to the well-thought-out packaging design, handling the product is comfortable for both home and professional use.
The packaging is designed to be suitable for various types of liquid and slightly viscous products that require practical one-handed dispensing. The disc-top mechanism minimizes the risk of accidental spillage, facilitates dispensing of smaller amounts of product and at the same time supports clean and aesthetic use in everyday contact with the customer.
Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). In this way you ensure that the bottle with disc-top cap will work optimally with your product throughout the entire period of use.

The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each refilling, the packaging must be thoroughly washed, cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example using the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or plant ethanol, which you can find on the pages IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and ensures long-term safe use of the packaging.
We recommend rinsing the bottle and disc-top closure with warm water and a mild cleaning agent suitable for contact with cosmetics, then rinsing thoroughly several times with clean water and allowing to dry completely. After the packaging has dried, it is advisable to carry out disinfection with alcohol, for example using IPA 99 % or Etanol 96 % products, to remove any remaining micro-organisms. Avoid using aggressive cleaners that could damage the plastic surface or impair the functionality of the closure.
The plastic packaging is not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling. Exposure to high temperatures can lead to deformation of the bottle or closure, deterioration of the seal and reduction of the service life of the packaging. Therefore, for cleaning use only hand washing in warm (not boiling) water, a mild cleaning agent and subsequent disinfection with alcohol. In this way the packaging retains its shape, functionality and reliability in use.
If you decide not to continue reusing the bottle, we recommend emptying it, rinsing it and placing it in sorted waste according to the type of plastic given in the product parameters on the page. The information about the material and the corresponding recycling fraction will help you to place the packaging in the correct plastic container. In this way you support responsible handling of packaging and enable its further processing in the recycling process.

The disc-top closure is ideal for liquid and slightly viscous products where it is important to dispense smaller amounts of contents – for example shampoos, shower gels, body and facial lotions, liquid soaps or mild cleansing solutions. It allows easy one-handed opening and closing, which you will appreciate especially in the bathroom or in professional salon use where speed and comfort of handling are important.
