The plastic bottle with aluminum cap represents a practical and visually attractive packaging solution suitable for a wide range of liquid and slightly viscous formulations. The transparent material allows convenient monitoring of the contents and their volume, which makes this packaging ideal for both branded and artisan cosmetic products. The combination of durable plastic and an elegant metal closure creates a professional solution for packaging products intended for everyday use.
The bottle is designed to ensure reliable sealing and to minimize the risk of unwanted leakage of the contents during storage and transport. Thanks to the favorable weight of the plastic, it is also suitable for travel sizes, testers and smaller production runs. The transparent container allows for easy labeling and for clear differentiation of individual product lines.
Plastic bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) depending on the selected parameters. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
When working with plastic packaging made of PET, it is necessary to take into account the temperature-related limitations. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, as there is a risk of deformation of the packaging and deterioration of its mechanical properties. This packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling; gentle hand cleaning and disinfection with suitable agents intended for this type of plastic is recommended.

The bottle can be reused if the correct hygiene principles are followed and after verifying the compatibility of your formula with PET material. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. After disinfection, allow the bottle to dry thoroughly and only then refill it.
Since this is PET plastic packaging, it should not be exposed to high temperatures or sudden temperature changes. Excessive heating can lead to deformation of the packaging and deterioration of the closure’s tightness. Do not wash the bottle in the dishwasher and do not boil it; instead, use hand washing in mildly warm water and disinfection with suitable alcohol-based products. Also avoid leaving filled bottles in direct sunlight or in overheated areas, for example in a car.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend cleaning it of any remaining contents and then placing it in sorted waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. PET bottles are usually disposed of in the container intended for plastic waste. The aluminum cap can, if this is supported in your municipality, be sorted separately as metal. Before recycling, remove the labels if this is recommended by your local collection system. Always follow the recycling symbols and recommendations provided with the product and the local waste sorting rules.
The plastic bottle with aluminum closure is suitable for various water-based and low-viscosity formulations, such as facial toners, hydrolats, hair lotions, body and facial serums, light emulsions or liquid soaps. You can also use it for oil-based products or aromatic blends, provided that your formula is compatible with PET plastic and the aluminum cap. Before placing the product on the market, we recommend carrying out stability tests and a compatibility test of the packaging with your specific formulation.
