For disinfection of the inner surfaces of the packaging, we recommend using high-percentage alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based, and then allow the packaging to dry completely before filling with a new batch of product.

First, it is appropriate to rinse the packaging with a suitable cleaning agent and warm (not boiling) water to remove residues of the previous product. Then carry out disinfection of the inner walls and the dispensing mechanism using alcohol, for example by means of IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After treatment with alcohol, leave all parts of the packaging to dry freely in a clean place, and only then proceed to refilling. In this way, you support the hygiene safety and stability of your products.

Plastic packaging of this type is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. When in contact with very hot water, during boiling or when washing in a dishwasher, gradual deformation of the material, weakening of the walls or deterioration of the tightness of the dispenser may occur. We therefore recommend using only mildly warm water and gentle cleaning agents, without aggressive mechanical or thermal stress. In this way, you will extend the service life of the packaging and maintain its functionality as well as its aesthetic appearance.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, its recycling is recommended according to the type of plastic indicated in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade website. Before handing it over to separated collection, empty the contents, remove as much as possible of any product residues and, according to the local rules for sorting plastics, place the individual parts (bottle and dispenser) in the appropriate container. By respecting the recommended recycling symbol from the product parameters, you support efficient processing of raw materials and a reduction in the amount of waste.
