The plastic bottle with a transparent body and white-silver dispenser represents a practical packaging solution for modern cosmetic formulations, hygiene preparations and other liquid products where both dosage control and the appearance of the final product are important. The transparent bottle enables visual control of the contents, while the practical dispenser ensures comfortable, hygienic and economical use during everyday application.
Thanks to the carefully selected plastic material, this packaging is suitable for filling various types of liquid products – from light serums and fluids to thicker emulsions. The design of the bottle and dispenser is intended to support the stability of the contents, minimise the product’s contact with air and contribute to a professional, representative appearance of the finished product.
This bottle is prepared for use with the enclosed dispenser, and the entire set is designed to form a functional and aesthetically coordinated whole. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, content of oils, alcohols or active substances), so that the final product is stable and comfortable to use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that basic hygiene rules are observed and it is suitable for the specific type of formulation you plan to fill. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it, for example using isopropyl alcohol (ALK001) or 96% ethanol (ALK002). Disinfection helps to reduce the risk of microbial contamination and to extend the stability of the finished product.
Before refilling, we recommend first mechanically cleaning the bottle and dispenser – rinsing them with warm water and a suitable detergent, then thoroughly rinsing with clean water and allowing them to dry completely. Afterwards, disinfect the packaging using alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or 96% ethanol, and let it air out. For the dispenser, it is advisable to pump the disinfectant liquid through several times so that the inner part of the mechanism is also treated. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol is the packaging ready for new filling.
Plastic packaging of this type is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures or to be boiled. High temperature can lead to gradual deformation of the bottle or affect the functionality of the dispenser. For these reasons, we do not recommend washing the packaging in a dishwasher or sterilising it in boiling water. For routine maintenance and disinfection, gentle hand cleaning and the use of alcohol-based disinfection as described above are more suitable.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste according to the type of material indicated in the product parameters on the website. The bottle body and the dispenser may be made of different materials, so it is advisable to separate them before recycling (unscrew the dispenser from the neck). Then place each part in the appropriate container according to local waste sorting rules. In this way you support the reuse of materials and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
The simplest way to choose suitable packaging is to use the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category, you will find the filter at the top of the page, where you can narrow down the range according to key parameters – for example by neck type, overall packaging size, colour or material. By combining these filters, you will quickly select a bottle, dropper bottle or jar that best matches the properties of your product and the desired design.
