Plastic bottle with white disc-top cap represents a practical and professional packaging for a wide range of liquid products. Thanks to its reliable closure and compact shape, it is suitable for the production and sale of cosmetics, hygiene products and household blends. The disc-top mechanism allows for controlled and clean dispensing, which reduces the risk of spillage and contamination of the packaging during use.
The packaging is designed to safely hold various types of liquids and emulsions while being pleasant to use for the end customer. Thanks to the practical cap, the contents can be dispensed drop by drop or in smaller doses, which is ideal for concentrated formulations. The transparent design allows visual control of the contents and remaining amount, which makes work easier both during filling and in everyday use.
This packaging is supplied as a bottle with disc-top cap, and the combination has been assembled on Handymade so that it is functional and practical in normal use. Combinations of packaging and caps created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular sealing, dispensing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be sure of long-term stability and comfort in use.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly in normal use, as long as it is mechanically intact and shows no signs of damage. However, before each new filling it is essential to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle and the cap, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. Observing hygiene principles reduces the risk of product contamination and contributes to its safety and stability during use.
We recommend first rinsing the bottle with water, then using a mild cleaning agent and rinsing thoroughly again. After mechanical cleaning, it is appropriate to disinfect the internal surfaces and the cap with alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Then allow the packaging to dry completely at room temperature. The plastic material should not be exposed to high temperatures; boiling or washing in a dishwasher is not recommended, as this may lead to deformation or reduced functionality of the cap.
The plastic bottle is intended primarily for filling at normal room temperatures or at a slightly elevated temperature that does not endanger the shape stability of the material. High temperatures can cause softening or deformation of the packaging and negatively affect the sealing of the cap. For this reason, it is not recommended to fill the packaging with hot blends or expose it to prolonged heat, for example during boiling or drying on a radiator or near a radiant heat source.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend placing it as soon as possible in sorted waste collection according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters on the website. Before disposal, it is advisable to empty the bottle and, if possible, remove any remaining contents. Then place the packaging in the container intended for the relevant type of plastic, in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. By recycling correctly, you support the material reuse of the plastic and reduce the amount of waste going to landfill or incineration.
