The plastic bottle with white spray pump and matte silver ring is a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable for filling various liquid formulations. The transparent design allows for quick visual control of the contents, which makes dosing and monitoring the remaining amount easier. The volume‑compact bottle is ideal for cosmetic sets, travel sizes, and professional salons where reliable and hygienic spraying is required.
The spray pump provides fine distribution of the product in the form of an even mist, which makes the packaging suitable for watery solutions, toners, hydrolats, or disinfectant blends. The visually attractive metal‑looking ring gives the bottle a professional appearance, suitable for artisanal production as well as small brands that want to present their product in a representative packaging.
This bottle with spray pump forms a complete set ready for immediate use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing, and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, especially in your own artisanal production or when refilling the same type of product. Before each new filling, however, it is necessary to clean and disinfect both the bottle and the spray pump thoroughly in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based, and then allow all parts to dry completely.
First we recommend disassembling the packaging – separating the bottle, the spray head, and the overcap. Rinse residues of the original product with water and a mild cleaning agent suitable for cosmetic packaging. Then apply disinfection using alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant‑based ethanol – use the solution to rinse the inside of the bottle and the spray mechanism so that the disinfectant reaches the channels as well. After disinfection, let all parts air out and dry completely at room temperature. Only then refill the packaging.
The easiest way is to use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category (for example bottles, jars, or dispensers). Using the filter, you can quickly narrow the selection according to key parameters such as type and size of the neck, total size/volume, colour, and packaging material. This allows you to adapt the packaging to the specific product, method of dosing, and visual style of your brand.
The spray mechanism is primarily intended for liquid, low‑viscosity formulations such as watery toners, hydrolats, gentle cleansing and disinfectant solutions, or interior sprays. With thicker emulsions or blends with a higher proportion of oils, spraying performance may deteriorate or the nozzle may become clogged. In such cases we recommend first performing a trial filling and testing the dosing, or choosing another type of packaging with a pump or a suitable applicator head.
For plastic bottles it is important to avoid long‑term exposure to direct sunlight, heat sources, and extreme temperature fluctuations. High temperatures can lead to reduced shape stability and premature ageing of the plastic. Store the packaging at normal room temperature, away from sources of radiant heat. During use, make sure that the spray pump is not subjected to continuous pressure or impacts, which prolongs its service life and the reliability of dosing.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, putting it into sorted waste according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. Before disposal it is advisable to separate the plastic parts of the spray pump from the body of the bottle so that sorting is more efficient. Recycling rules may vary slightly depending on the local collection system, so follow the material marking on the packaging and the instructions of your municipality. In this way you enable the material to be reprocessed and reduce the amount of unnecessary waste.
