The plastic bottle with sprayer represents a practical packaging for modern cosmetic formulations, homemade preparations and professional body and face care products. Thanks to the integrated sprayer, it enables convenient and controlled application of a fine mist onto the surface of the skin, hair or textiles and is suitable for filling various liquid mixtures that require uniform application.
The transparent bottle body allows visual control of the contents and their consumption, while the darker upper part of the sprayer has an aesthetic effect and helps protect the functional parts of the mechanism. The packaging is designed to withstand repeated pressing of the sprayer and, with proper handling, provides stable and reliable dispensing of liquid products.
This description relates to the combination of bottle with sprayer, which is ready for immediate use without the need for an additional closure. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure long-term product stability and convenience during use.

The sprayer is constructed primarily for liquid, low-viscosity formulations that create a fine mist (hydrolats, toners, aqueous solutions and diluted alcohol blends). Thicker cream emulsions or gels may cause impaired spraying or clogging of the nozzle, therefore we recommend choosing another type of dispensing (for example a pump or tubes) for such product types and always performing your own test on a small pilot batch.
Yes, the bottle can be reused provided that hygienic principles are observed. Before every new filling, however, it is essential to wash the packaging thoroughly, rinse it mechanically and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol solution (for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the service life of both the packaging itself and the fill.
For cleaning it is suitable to use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, and it is important to let the water pass several times through the spraying mechanism itself. After mechanical cleaning we recommend rinsing the bottle and the sprayer and disinfecting them with an alcohol solution to remove residues of the previous filling. Do not use aggressive solvents that have not been verified with the given plastic material in order to avoid damaging the seals or the nozzle.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of plastic indicated in the parameter table for the product. Before disposal, empty the bottle and rinse it as thoroughly as possible from product residues. Then separate the individual parts by material (bottle body and sprayer) and place them in the appropriate containers for sorted waste according to local rules. By sorting correctly you support the reuse of raw materials and reduce environmental burden.
