Plastic bottle – pill bottle with black cap represents a practical and professional packaging for liquid and partially viscous formulations. Thanks to the material used and its shape, it is suitable for filling cosmetic products, pharmaceutical solutions and laboratory solutions, where safe handling and convenient dosing are important.
The transparent bottle allows good visual control of the contents, so you can quickly see the quantity and appearance of the product. The packaging is designed to support the stability of the filled mixtures and at the same time to allow practical use in home production as well as in small-scale professional manufacturing.
The stand-alone bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of caps and dosing methods according to the selected parameters. Depending on the specific accessories, you can combine it for example with screw caps, dropper inserts, spray pumps or practical applicators.
Combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol content or oil phase).

The bottle is ideal mainly for liquid and low-viscosity formulations such as aqueous solutions, toners or thin serums. For thicker or oil-based products, we recommend first carrying out a trial filling to verify smooth outflow and dosing comfort in combination with the specific type of cap or dispenser.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. Always carry out disinfection on clean, dry packaging and let the alcohol evaporate completely before refilling.
For routine cleaning, we recommend using lukewarm water with a mild detergent and a soft brush or cleaning brush to rinse the interior. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents and high temperatures that could damage or deform the material. After washing, allow the bottle to dry naturally with the neck facing downwards and only then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol solution if you intend to reuse it for sensitive cosmetic formulations.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend first emptying it and removing any product residue according to the recommendations for the given product. Then follow the recycling rules resulting from the material specification in the parameter table for the product. According to the stated recycling symbol, sort the bottle and the cap into the appropriate segregated waste stream. In this way you minimise environmental burden and enable effective recovery of the material in the recycling process.
