Plastic bottle – pill bottle with cream dispenser represents a practical and hygienic solution for packaging cosmetic emulsions, serums and cream preparations. Thanks to precise dosing, it is suitable for professional as well as home formulations, where control of the amount during application and minimisation of contact of the contents with air and hands is important.
This container is designed to reliably protect the consistency and properties of the filled product throughout the entire period of use. The combination of a transparent body and a functional dispenser allows easy control of fill level and at the same time comfortable everyday use in the bathroom, beauty salon or when travelling.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of bottle and black cream dispenser, ready for direct filling and use without the need to purchase an additional closure. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation).
The plastic pill bottle with cream dispenser is designed for safe and repeated use under normal storage conditions of cosmetic preparations. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures; during long‑term exposure to heat, deformation of the container may occur. The container is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling.
All technical parameters of the container are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the container can be used repeatedly in normal cosmetic use, provided basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispenser and subsequently disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol. Only after complete drying is the container ready for refilling.
We recommend cleaning the PET container by hand, with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore do not place the bottle in a dishwasher and do not boil it. Water that is too hot or long‑term contact with high temperature may lead to deformation of the container and affect its sealing properties. After washing, let all parts drain well and dry, and only then, if necessary, apply an alcohol‑based disinfectant.
The dispenser is ideal for creamy and emulsion preparations – face creams, moisturising emulsions, hand creams, body milks with a light to medium consistency and various types of treatment emulsions. The suitability of a specific recipe must always be verified by your own test, to make sure that the consistency of the product allows smooth dosing and that blocking of the mechanism does not occur.
If you decide not to use the container further, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material stated in the product parameters. The body of the bottle is made of PET, which is normally sorted into the container intended for plastic waste. Before throwing it away, remove product residues, empty the container as much as possible and, where possible, separate the individual parts (for example the body and the dosing mechanism), so that they can be correctly included in sorting. Recycling rules may differ slightly depending on the municipality, therefore it is advisable to follow the local system of separated collection.
When choosing a suitable bottle, jar or dispenser, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find in the upper part of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. In the advanced filter you can conveniently sort the containers according to key parameters – for example neck type, size, colour or material. Thanks to this you will quickly find a container that will best correspond to the character of your product and to the planned dosing method.
