Transparent plastic soap bottle 500 ml, black dispenser represents a practical packaging for liquid soaps, shower gels, shampoos and other cosmetic or cleaning preparations. The transparent bottle allows for easy visual control of the contents, while the integrated dispenser ensures convenient and controlled dosing during everyday use. Thanks to the durable plastic material, this container is suitable for a wide range of viscous and less viscous formulations that require hygienic and precise dispensing.
This bottle is supplied directly with a functional dispenser, which is designed for convenient and hygienic use of liquid products. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify the stability of your product in the long term.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if strict hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfect them with a suitable preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and unwanted changes in the fragrance, colour or stability of your formulation.
Before re-use we recommend disassembling the packaging (separating the bottle and the dispenser), rinsing out the remainder of the original product, then washing with warm water and a mild surfactant and rinsing thoroughly. After washing, allow all parts to dry completely and then disinfect them with an alcohol-based preparation (IPA or ethanol). PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures – do not boil the packaging and do not wash it in a dishwasher to avoid deformation.
The dispenser is ideal for liquid and slightly viscous preparations such as liquid soaps, shower gels, shampoos or mild cleaning solutions. For very thick formulations it may be necessary to adjust the viscosity of the formula or to choose another type of packaging. Before series filling we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the smoothness and consistency of dispensing under normal use.
If you decide not to re-use the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. Before placing it in sorted waste, remove any residue of the contents, rinse the bottle with water and, if necessary, separate the plastic dispenser from the body of the container. Then place the individual parts into the appropriate container according to local recycling rules (usually plastic). Do not expose PET material to high temperatures or burn it under domestic conditions – use the official sorted collection system so that the material can be recycled again.
To select suitable packaging we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars or dispensers). In the advanced filter you can conveniently filter by neck type, size, colour and material, which enables you to quickly narrow down the selection to packaging suitable for a specific product and dosing method. In this way you can easily find compatible bottles, closures and pumps for your formulation.
The plastic packaging made of PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, for example during boiling, sterilization in boiling water or washing in a dishwasher. Under such stress there is a risk of deformation of the bottle or damage to the dispenser, which can negatively affect the sealing and functionality of the packaging. For hygienic preparation before filling we therefore recommend a combination of thorough washing in moderately warm water and subsequent disinfection with an alcohol-based preparation, without the use of extreme temperatures.
