Transparent glass bottle with aluminium cap 15 ml represents a universal and professional packaging suitable for filling various liquid and slightly viscous preparations. Thanks to the solid glass container and high-quality metal closure, the bottle is ideal for smaller doses of cosmetic blends, concentrated solutions, and for home as well as artisanal production. The transparent glass enables immediate visual inspection of the contents and makes it easy to estimate the remaining amount of product.
This type of packaging is suitable for formulations where stability, purity and professional presentation are important – from facial serums and aromatherapeutic concentrates to precise doses of active ingredients. Closing with a metal cap provides reliable sealing, which, with proper handling, reduces the risk of leakage, evaporation or contamination of the contents.
This glass bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the parameters selected at purchase. It can be combined, for example, with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators, which makes it possible to adapt the dosing method to the specific type of product.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation under the conditions in which the final product will be used and stored.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category, a filtering option appears at the top of the page, where you can choose parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. In this way, you can quickly select bottles, vials or jars that best match your formulation and the desired appearance of the product.
Yes, the glass packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly. However, before each new filling, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging is completely dry is it appropriate to proceed to refilling.
We recommend first mechanically rinsing with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent that dissolves the residues of the specific formulation well (for example, fattier oils or aqueous solutions). After thorough rinsing with clean water, it is advisable to allow the bottle to drip off and dry. Then disinfection must be applied – a short contact with an alcoholic solution, for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol at the recommended concentration, is sufficient. After the alcohol has evaporated and the packaging is completely dry, it is ready to be refilled.
By its nature, this smaller glass bottle is ideal for concentrated preparations where only a small amount is applied at a time – for example facial serums, intensive facial treatments, essential oils, strong aromatic blends or test samples. In combination with a dropper or another precise dispenser it is also suitable for products that require controlled dosing drop by drop or in small volumes.
If you do not plan to use the bottle further, it is appropriate, after emptying and basic rinsing, to place it in sorted waste according to the material composition given in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be placed in the container designated for glass, the metal cap in metal waste or according to the instructions of your collection system. Before recycling, we recommend removing coarse product residues from the packaging so that the waste processing procedure is burdened as little as possible.
