The glass bottle is generally suitable for most common cosmetic formulations on an oil or water basis. Glass is a stable material that typically does not react with cosmetic emulsions, oils or hydrolates. For very specific or highly concentrated ingredients (for example a high proportion of essential oils or acids), we recommend first testing the formulation in a smaller amount in order to verify compatibility with the packaging and cap.

Can I use this bottle repeatedly for different products?

The packaging can be reused provided that hygiene principles and appropriate cleaning are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and cap must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using alcohol such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and transfer of residues of the original product into the new formulation.

How can I safely dispose of and recycle this bottle if I do not want to use it repeatedly?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the types of materials specified in the product parameters.
