The glass bottle with a transparent body and a white ribbed safety cap is a practical packaging suitable for precise and safe dispensing of various liquid preparations. The sturdy glass combined with a high‑quality screw cap with safety feature helps protect the contents from degradation and accidental opening during transport or storage. This type of medicine bottle is ideal for formulations where control over hygiene, stability and reliable closure of the packaging is important.
Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly provided that hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned, residues of the original product removed and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. Only after the packaging and cap are completely dry is the bottle ready for further safe use.
First remove any residues of the original product by rinsing with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent that does not leave a film or fragrance. Then rinse the bottle thoroughly with clean water so that no detergent residues remain. After mechanical cleaning, disinfect using alcohol (ALK001 / ALK002) and allow the packaging to dry naturally at room temperature. We recommend the same procedure for the cap, and it is important to check the seal and the functionality of the thread before further use.
The transparent glass bottle is ideal for cosmetic solutions, facial and body serums, water‑based and oil‑based extracts intended for external use, various active concentrates, trial batches of formulas and laboratory samples. You will use it wherever you need visual control over the colour and clarity of the product and at the same time require stable, chemically resistant packaging with a secure closure.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste‑sorting rules and the information provided in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in the container designated for glass after you have removed any remaining contents. The cap, which is made of a material other than glass, must be sorted according to its designation in the parameter table – it usually belongs in the plastic container or in mixed waste if the recycling symbol does not allow sorting. Before handing over for recycling, always minimise product residues in the packaging.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging categories. You can access it at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category (for example glass bottles, plastic packaging or jars). In the advanced filter you can combine several parameters at once – in particular, neck type, size, colour and material of the packaging. In this way, you can quickly select only those bottles, medicine bottles or jars that correspond to your formulation and the intended dispensing method.
