The glass bottle with black–gold spray pump represents an elegant and practical packaging for liquid products, combining aesthetics with functional dispensing in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the high‑quality glass and precise spray pump, it is suitable for filling various cosmetic preparations as well as concentrated blends, where precise, hygienic and even application of the contents is important.
The bottle is ideal for products that require gentle atomisation without contact with the skin of the hands, which helps to maintain the stability and purity of the formulation. The combination of transparent glass and the high‑quality plastic spray mechanism allows easy control of the contents and at the same time a professional presentation of the final product.
This glass bottle is supplied in combination with a functional spray pump, which ensures convenient dispensing in the form of a fine mist. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Before first use we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray mechanism, rinsing them with a suitable cleaning agent and then disinfecting them. For disinfecting the packaging it is appropriate to use technical alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After disinfection, let all parts of the packaging dry completely at room temperature and only then fill them with the final product.
The glass bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. With each repeated filling it is necessary first to empty the packaging and the spray pump, clean them thoroughly and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after complete drying of all parts of the packaging is the bottle ready for safe reuse.
The spray mechanism is designed mainly for low‑viscosity products – aqueous solutions, hydrolats, toners, hydroalcoholic sprays and light oil blends that can be sprayed evenly. With thick emulsions, gels or highly viscous oils the operation of the spray pump may be impaired. Before final filling we always recommend testing the dosing with a smaller amount of product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the instructions given in the material parameters of the product. The glass part of the bottle can generally be sorted into the container for glass after thorough emptying and cleaning. The spray pump consists of several components (plastic, metal spring) and is therefore in most cases classified as municipal waste or according to local recycling rules for mixed plastic components. Before recycling it is advisable to remove residual product from the packaging and dispose of remaining formulation in accordance with the recommendations of the raw‑material manufacturers.
