The glass bottle with spray pump is a professional and aesthetic packaging solution suitable for various liquid formulations where fine and even dispersion of the contents is required. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise spray mechanism, this packaging is ideal for products that are applied in a thin layer, without unnecessary wastage and without excessive wetting of the skin or surface.
The packaging is designed for modern cosmetic brands, artisanal production and laboratory use, where material stability, product protection and convenient dosing are important. The glass bottle is suitable for liquid blends that require precise and repeatable spraying, and at the same time serves as an elegant design container for your products.
Glass bottles with spray pump are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters in the Handymade offer. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, especially for formulas with a higher proportion of oils, alcohol or active substances.

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection we recommend the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly and only then refill the bottle.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal for liquid products that should be applied as a fine mist – facial and body sprays, hydrolats, hair tonics, aromatherapy blends, disinfectant solutions or light cleaning sprays. It is always important to adjust the viscosity and composition of the product so that it passes through the spray mechanism without clogging and provides an even dispersion.
First empty the bottle and rinse it with lukewarm water, optionally with a mild detergent suitable for laboratory or cosmetic equipment. Then rinse with clean water and allow to drain. To ensure hygiene, the packaging must be disinfected before filling – rinsing or spraying with an alcohol-based solution is recommended, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. It is advisable to spray the disinfectant solution through the spray pump several times and then let all parts dry completely at room temperature.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle is usually placed in the container intended for glass, while the plastic and metal parts of the spray pump should be separated from the bottle and placed in sorted waste according to the local rules for plastic and metal collection. Before recycling, we recommend emptying and rinsing the bottle to minimise residual product in the waste. Always adapt the specific sorting method to the local waste collection system and to the material information provided with the product.
