Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the bottle and the sprayer to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection, it is suitable to use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the offer as IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After treatment, let all parts dry completely and only then fill them again.
The bottle with sprayer is ideal for liquid formulations that are to be applied in the form of a fine spray. Typically, these are facial and body toners, refreshing water or floral mists, hair tonics and styling sprays, perfume and toilet sprays, or aromatic blends intended for spraying into the room. It is always important to verify the compatibility of the specific composition with the packaging and the sprayer mechanism by testing in a smaller quantity.
First, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution or warm water with a mild detergent, then rinsing thoroughly with clean water and letting it dry. The sprayer should be “sprayed through” several times with clean water, or possibly with a disinfectant solution, so that the system is cleaned from the inside as well. For final disinfection before repeated filling, use alcohol-based disinfectants such as IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, and let all parts dry completely at room temperature.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The glass part can generally be sorted into the glass container after cleaning and removing any product residues. The plastic sprayer and any metal parts belong in the appropriate collection for plastics or metal packaging, if local sorting rules allow it. Before disposal, it is advisable to at least roughly rinse the packaging to minimize residual product content in the waste stream.
