The glass bottle with a black-gold glossy dispenser represents an elegant and practical packaging for liquid cosmetic products, combining aesthetics with functional dispensing. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise pump mechanism, it is suitable for filling products where controlled application, protection of the formulation and a professional appearance of the final product are important.
This type of bottle is ideal for various kinds of liquid formulas, because glass is a material with high chemical stability and does not affect the colour, fragrance or texture of the contents. The glossy dispenser allows convenient, hygienic and repeatable dispensing, which you will appreciate during everyday use in both home and professional cosmetic production.
This product forms a combination of glass bottle and glossy dispenser prepared for immediate use. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging works optimally with your final product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Glass is generally regarded as a very stable and inert packaging material, so it is also suitable for formulations with a higher content of active ingredients, such as serums, boosters or concentrated oil blends. Nevertheless, we recommend testing each new formula in advance in a small trial batch, in order to verify the long-term stability of the colour, fragrance and texture of the product in the specific bottle with dispenser.
Yes, the glass bottle can be reused provided hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps minimise the risk of microbial contamination and extends the shelf life of the final cosmetic product.
After the contents have been used up, it is advisable to rinse the dispenser with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, and then repeatedly pump clean water through the mechanism until all product residues have been completely removed. You can then perform a short rinse with alcohol and allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature. Avoid using aggressive chemicals and excessive mechanical stress so as not to damage the seal or the spring mechanism of the pump.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle and dispenser, we recommend recycling them according to the material composition specified in the parameter table for the product. After being thoroughly emptied and rinsed, the glass part can be sorted into the appropriate glass container in accordance with local waste sorting rules. The plastic-metal dispenser should be separated from the glass and sorted according to the recommendations in your municipality; if local conditions do not allow sorting of composite components, the remaining parts must be disposed of in mixed waste. Always follow the local collection and recycling system.
To select suitable packaging you can use the advanced filter, which is located in the upper part of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter you can easily narrow down the selection according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. This will help you quickly find the bottle, medicine bottle, jar or pot that will best suit your specific product and method of dispensing.
Yes, the glass bottle with dispenser is also suitable for smaller test series or samples, especially for products where you want to present real dosing and user comfort. It allows you to test the behaviour of the formula in the real packaging and at the same time obtain feedback from customers or testers on the consistency, fragrance and usability of the product during normal application.
