Is this glass bottle suitable for thicker serums and oils?

Yes, the glass dropper bottle with dispenser is suitable for most liquid and slightly viscous cosmetic preparations, including oil serums and lighter emulsions. However, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling to verify smooth dosing and comfort when applying the specific formula.

Can the packaging be reused for further batches of my products?

The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle, dispenser and all components must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying of all parts is the packaging ready for the next filling.

How should I properly clean the glass dropper bottle before first use?

Before the first filling, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution, then rinsing it well with drinking water and allowing it to dry completely. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the internal space and the contact surfaces of the dispenser with an alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. Only after disinfection has been completed and the alcohol has evaporated is the packaging ready for filling.

How can I dispose of the glass bottle and dispenser in an environmentally friendly way if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to local waste sorting rules. The glass part can usually be placed in a container intended for glass, while the plastic or metal parts of the dispenser need to be separated and sorted according to the type of material, in accordance with the information provided in the product parameters. Before recycling, it is advisable to at least roughly rinse the packaging so that no product residues remain that could complicate waste processing.
