The glass bottle with oil dispenser is a practical container designed for precise and hygienic dosing of various liquid mixtures, especially oils. The transparent glass allows easy monitoring of the contents and their volume, which will be appreciated by manufacturers of cosmetics, aromatherapy preparations and artisan makers. Thanks to the material used, this bottle is stable, resistant to common cosmetic and oil-based formulations, and suitable for both professional and home use.
This glass bottle is supplied with a practical oil dispenser designed for comfortable and precise application. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially when using a high proportion of essential oils or unconventional active substances.

Yes, the integrated oil dispenser is designed to handle common cosmetic oils and oil serums. For exceptionally thick or multi-phase formulations, we recommend performing a trial filling and testing the smoothness of dosing, spring return and sealing. Thanks to the glass body of the bottle, you have a good overview of the product’s consistency and behaviour in the container.
The bottle can be reused provided that strict hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the container must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example with IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or with 96% denatured plant-based ethanol. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely. For professional production, we recommend having a batch-tracking system and clearly separating packaging intended for internal testing from that intended for sale.
First, it is advisable to mechanically remove product residues from the oil dispenser – for example by pumping out the last doses onto a paper towel. Then we recommend rinsing the system with a suitable solvent compatible with your formulation (for example an unscented vegetable oil) and only then carrying out disinfection. For disinfection you can use isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, and it is important to allow all parts to dry thoroughly. When cleaning, avoid aggressive cleaning agents that could damage the seals or plastic parts of the mechanism.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable to recycle it responsibly. After emptying the glass bottle and carrying out a basic rinse to remove product residues, place it in the sorted collection for glass according to local waste management rules. The dispenser and any plastic or metal parts should be separated and placed in the appropriate container according to the material specified in the product parameters and local sorting rules. In this way you support the circulation of raw materials and reduce environmental burden.
