Glass bottle with nasal spray represents a practical and reliable packaging for liquid preparations that need to be dispensed precisely and hygienically directly into the nasal cavity. Thanks to the high-quality spray applicator, the packaging is suitable for filling various liquid formulations where gentle and even application without unnecessary product waste is important.
This type of packaging is especially popular for natural formulations, where emphasis is placed on material purity, content stability and ease of use. The glass vial in combination with a nasal sprayer enables convenient dosing even for smaller volumes and at the same time looks professional and aesthetic in any home or artisanal production.
This glass bottle is supplied in combination with a functional nasal sprayer that ensures gentle and targeted dosing directly into the nasal cavity. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging works optimally with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the nasal applicator must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, which are intended for cleaning packaging before filling.
First, rinse the bottle mechanically with water and, depending on the type of formulation, you can also use a mild cleaning agent. After thoroughly rinsing with clean water, let the packaging dry well. Then disinfect the inner walls of the container and the outer surfaces of the nasal applicator with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Before refilling, make sure the packaging is dry and free of residues of the previous product.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it according to the material types listed in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle is usually placed in sorted waste for packaging glass, while the plastic and metal parts of the spray mechanism must, according to local rules, be placed in the appropriate container or in mixed waste if recycling is not possible. Before handing over for sorted collection, it is advisable to rinse the packaging of product residues to facilitate the subsequent recycling line.
This packaging is ideal for liquid formulations intended for application into the nose, such as moisturizing solutions, phytoaromatic nasal blends or gentle natural preparations to support care of the nasal mucosa. Thanks to the sprayer, the contents can be dosed precisely and in a targeted way, which is also suitable for test and development samples in smaller series.
To make selection easier, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after entering the selected packaging category. Thanks to the filter, you can quickly narrow down the offer according to neck type, size, colour or packaging material. By combining several parameters, you will find exactly the bottle, vial or jar that best matches your product and dosing method.
Before implementing the packaging in production, we recommend performing your own compatibility test. Fill the bottle with a smaller amount of the product and observe the behaviour of the material and the nasal mechanism over time – in particular the sealing, dosing smoothness, any clogging and changes in the appearance of the packaging. Store the product under the conditions in which it will actually be used and verify whether there are any changes in fragrance, colour or consistency as a result of contact with the packaging.
