The plastic medicine bottle is a practical and reliable packaging intended for filling various liquid and powder preparations where protection of the contents and easy handling are important. Thanks to the material used, the bottle is suitable for formulas that require a stable environment and limited access of light, which helps to maintain the declared product quality throughout the entire period of use.
The packaging is designed for comfortable and safe dosing, whether it is used for cosmetic, laboratory or technical solutions. The dark design of the medicine bottle also helps to protect more sensitive ingredients from undesirable effects of light, which can contribute to better stability of selected formulas.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the medicine bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after the inner surface has completely dried is the bottle ready for further safe use.
When cleaning, use lukewarm water and mild cleaning agents without abrasive particles. The material should not be exposed to high temperatures, so do not expose the medicine bottle to direct contact with hot water or a heat source in order to avoid the risk of deformation of the packaging. The packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. After washing, allow the inside to dry thoroughly and only then refill the container.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material indicated in the parameter table for the product. Before handing it over to sorted collection, empty the packaging and, if possible, rinse out any remaining contents. Then place it in the appropriate collection container intended for the given type of plastic according to local waste sorting rules. By following these principles, you support effective recycling of the packaging material.
The bottle is suitable mainly for liquid and low-viscosity preparations such as toners, solutions, light serums or waters. For thicker formulations, the chosen type of closure or dosing component plays an important role – for example a dropper, sprayer or screw cap with a suitable diameter. Before introducing the product for sale, we recommend testing dosing and handling with the specific recipe in combination with the selected closure.

By combining these criteria you will quickly find the medicine bottle or another container that best meets the requirements of your product and the planned dosing method.
The dark plastic medicine bottle helps to reduce exposure of the contents to light, which is beneficial for light-sensitive formulations. For longer-term storage, however, the correct choice of closure, suitable storage conditions (dry, stable temperature, limited access of direct sunlight) and the preservative system of the product itself are also important. For sensitive formulations we always recommend carrying out stability tests in the packaging in which the product will be finally supplied.
