Plastic bottle, dropper bottle, brown is a practical packaging material intended for the safe and hygienic packaging primarily of liquid preparations in the cosmetics as well as in the food segment. The packaging has food grade quality, and is therefore also suitable for filling products intended for internal use. The dark version helps to reduce the effect of light on the contents, which you will appreciate with more sensitive formulations (e.g. oil blends or extracts). Thanks to the PET material, the bottle is lightweight, resistant during handling and also suitable for everyday use in households and smaller professional operations.
The bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

With its help you can narrow down your selection according to parameters such as neck, size, colour and material, so that the packaging corresponds to your product type and the selected closure.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling it is necessary to clean and disinfect the packaging (ALK001 / ALK002) – we recommend using IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96%. Before filling, let the packaging dry completely.
For PET material we do not recommend exposure to high temperatures, because this may lead to deformation of the packaging. For this reason the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling.
We recommend performing a practical test on a sample: fill the packaging with the final formulation, close it with the selected closure and observe tightness, dosing and any changes in the behaviour of the material over time (for example during storage and transport). For active ingredients or a higher content of solvents the compatibility test is particularly important.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. As it is PET, empty the bottle, rinse it if necessary and sort it into the collection for plastics. It is advisable to separate the individual parts (closure, dispenser) and follow local waste sorting rules.
