The plastic bottle with disc-top closure represents a practical and aesthetic solution for packaging various liquid cosmetic preparations and hygiene products. Thanks to the thoughtfully designed bottle body and functional dispensing system, it is suitable for products where controlled and clean dispensing without unnecessary waste is required. The darker version of the packaging helps limit light exposure to more sensitive formulations, thereby contributing to better stability and longer shelf life of the contents. The bottle is designed to fit well in the hand and to facilitate use in both home and professional cosmetic manufacturing.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using alcohol‑based disinfectants, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Disinfection helps reduce the risk of microbial contamination and protects the stability of your cosmetic preparations.
After emptying, we recommend first rinsing the packaging with lukewarm water, then using a mild cleaning agent suitable for cosmetic packaging and rinsing thoroughly again. After drying, disinfect the bottle using an alcohol solution, for example isopropyl alkoholu or etanolu, and allow it to air out. When cleaning, avoid aggressive cleaning agents and high temperatures so as not to affect the properties of the plastic or the sealing of the closure.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend prioritising recycling according to the material type listed in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. Before disposal, empty the bottle, remove any product residues by rinsing and, ideally, separate the individual parts (bottle body and closure) if they are made of different materials. Then dispose of them in the appropriate sorted waste according to local recycling rules. By following the recommended sorting, you support more efficient processing of plastic packaging.
The compact shape and disc-top closure make this bottle a suitable solution for travel as well; when the closure is properly tightened, the risk of unwanted leakage is minimised. When carrying it, we recommend always testing the packaging with your specific formulation, checking the sealing and, as a precaution, storing the bottle in an upright position. With more viscous emulsions and gels, dispensing may be slightly slower, so it is advisable to adjust the fill volume and the product consistency accordingly.
