Is this plastic bottle suitable for hot or freshly cooked fillings?

The plastic packaging is not intended for filling with hot fillings or for thermal processing after filling. We recommend filling products only after they have cooled down to room temperature in order to avoid undesirable effects on the shape stability of the bottle and on the properties of the cap. For formulations that require specific processing conditions, always perform your own test on a smaller quantity.

Can I safely use the packaging repeatedly for different products?

The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and cap and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable reactions between residues of the previous product and the new filling.

How should I correctly clean the bottle without damaging the packaging and the cap?

For normal cleaning, lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent are sufficient, followed by thorough rinsing with clean water. Avoid aggressive solvents, abrasive sponges and prolonged soaking, which may shorten the service life of the cap or the seal. After washing, allow the bottle and cap to dry completely and only then apply disinfection with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. The packaging is not intended for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling, in order to preserve its shape and functional stability.

How can I dispose of or recycle this bottle in an environmentally friendly way if I no longer wish to use it?

If you decide not to use the packaging repeatedly, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. Before handing it over to separate collection, empty the contents as much as possible, rinse the bottle and check whether the cap belongs to the same sorting stream as the bottle body. Follow the local waste sorting rules in your municipality and the information in the product description so that the packaging is assigned to the correct recycling stream.
