Plastic dropper bottle is a practical packaging solution for precise dosing of various liquid formulations. Thanks to the integrated dropper insert, it allows controlled and hygienic dispensing of the contents, which is ideal for products where a consistent dose is important. The packaging is designed to be suitable for cosmetic as well as technical formulations, according to the selected product parameters and the supplied quality certificate.
This universal bottle is suitable for filling liquid concentrates, serums, solutions and other preparations where it is necessary to reduce the risk of accidental overdosing. Secure closure protects the contents against contamination, leakage and unwanted access, while the dropper facilitates application even during everyday use in the household, cosmetic manufacturing or professional practice.
This bottle with dropper is designed as a comprehensive solution for packaging and dosing, with the screw cap and dropper insert ensuring practical use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
For plastic packaging made of PET material, it is important to take into account that PET is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures. In case of excessive heating, deformation of the packaging may occur, which can affect sealing and the functionality of the dropper. This type of packaging is not intended for dishwashing or boiling; gentle cleaning at moderate temperatures is recommended, according to the recommendations for the specific use.
The bottle can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed and after assessing its suitability for the specific type of contents. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. After disinfection, allow the bottle, dropper and closure to dry completely to minimise the risk of contamination of the new contents.
We recommend first rinsing the PET bottle with a suitable cleaning solution at room or slightly warm temperature, without using aggressive abrasive agents. Afterwards, it is appropriate to use an alcohol-based disinfectant – for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol at the recommended concentration – and to rinse or spray all parts of the packaging (bottle body, dropper, closure). PET material is not suitable for dishwashing or boiling, so avoid high temperatures that may lead to deformation of the packaging and reduced tightness of the closure.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic specified in the parameter table for the product. After emptying the packaging, remove any product residues, optionally rinse it with a small amount of water or a suitable cleaning agent, and place the individual components (body, closure, dropper insert) into the appropriate container for sorted waste according to the material designation. By following local waste sorting rules, you support effective recycling and reduce environmental impact.
PET packaging is intended for use under normal storage conditions and is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures or for direct heating of the contents. When exposed to heat, there may be deformation of the packaging walls, deterioration of closure tightness and changes in the properties of the material itself. It is not recommended to use a microwave oven, hot water, boiling or a dishwasher. If you need to heat the contents, it is more appropriate to use a water bath in a separate container, into which you do not immerse the packaging at extreme temperatures, and always follow the recommendations for the specific product.
The simplest way to choose suitable packaging is to use the advanced filter in the relevant category. After clicking on the packaging category (for example bottles, dropper bottles or cosmetic jars), you will find the advanced filter in the upper part of the page. In this filter you can conveniently select parameters such as neck type and size, overall size of the packaging, colour and material. By combining these filters, you can quickly narrow down the selection to packaging options that best match your specific product and dosing method.
