Plastic bottle with silver dispenser represents a practical and aesthetic solution for packaging modern liquid preparations. It is particularly suitable for metered cosmetic formulations, where precise and clean application without contact between the remaining contents and the external environment is important. The construction of the bottle in combination with the dispenser helps protect the contents from contamination and enables comfortable use in both home and professional settings.
This bottle is supplied directly in combination with a dispenser, with the individual parts designed to form together a functional and reliable packaging unit. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused if handled correctly and if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfecting them with a suitable agent, for example with products such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. Disinfection helps minimise the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the stability of your formulation in the packaging.
For routine care, we recommend protecting the packaging from mechanical damage and storing it away from direct sunlight and heat sources in order to preserve the stability of the plastic used. The outer surface can be gently cleaned with a soft cloth and a suitable cleaning agent that does not react with the material. When cleaning the dispenser, it is important to avoid excessive mechanical stress so as not to affect the functionality of the pump or damage the delicate parts of the dosing mechanism.
The bottle with built-in dispenser is generally suitable for various liquid and slightly viscous preparations, including emulsions, lighter oil blends or gel formulations. However, the actual suitability always depends on the specific viscosity and composition of the product. We therefore recommend performing a trial filling and testing the dosing, run-off of product residues and the overall functionality of the mechanism during longer-term use, to verify that the packaging meets the requirements of your recipe.
If you decide not to continue using the bottle with dispenser, we recommend first emptying it and, where possible, removing any remaining contents. Adapt the method of recycling to the type of material indicated in the product parameters on the page – based on that you can assign the packaging to the appropriate separate collection (e.g. plastic waste) or proceed according to local waste management rules. If the composition of the individual parts allows it, it is advisable to separate the plastic bottle from the dispenser and sort them separately, thereby supporting more efficient processing in the recycling process.
