Plastic medicine bottle with dispenser is a practical and reliable packaging intended for careful packing of liquid formulations, cosmetic serums and other preparations for which controlled and hygienic dosing is important. Thanks to the combination of a durable plastic body and a functional dispenser, it enables convenient use even for everyday dosing, minimizes waste and helps to keep the contents protected from contact with air and impurities.
This set forms a functional combination of bottle and dispenser intended for direct use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before the first use and before each refilling it is appropriate to rinse the packaging thoroughly, let it dry and then disinfect it. For disinfection we recommend using technical alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Disinfection helps to reduce the risk of microbial contamination and to prolong the stability of the finished product.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to carefully clean both the bottle and the dispenser, remove residues of the original contents and then completely disinfect them, ideally using preparations such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. This reduces the risk of microbial growth and undesirable interaction between the original and the new product.
If you decide not to use the packaging repeatedly, we recommend placing it in sorted waste according to the material indicated in the parameter table for the product. Before throwing it into the collection container it is appropriate to empty the packaging, remove residues of the contents and, where possible, separate the plastic bottle from the dispenser or individual parts of the closure. Correct sorting according to the type of plastic facilitates the recycling process and reduces environmental burden.
The dosing mechanism is designed primarily for liquid and semi-liquid formulations such as serums, tonics and lighter emulsions. For thicker products we recommend first testing the flow-through capability and smoothness of dosing on a small trial batch. In the case of very viscous preparations, another type of packaging or applicator may be more suitable in order to ensure comfortable use without excessive pressure on the dispenser.
