Plastic bottle medicine bottle push-pull 1000 ml is a practical and durable container designed for convenient dispensing of liquid preparations using a push-pull mechanism. Thanks to the medicine-bottle shape and the functional closure, it is ideal for repeated, controlled withdrawal of the contents without the need for screwing, which reduces the risk of spillage and contamination. The material design ensures reliable protection of the contents under proper storage conditions and is particularly suitable for liquid formulations that require simple and quick use.
Yes, the container can be used repeatedly with a suitable type of filling, always while observing basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the bottle thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging is completely dry and ventilated is it appropriate to refill the bottle.
First, rinse the bottle mechanically with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent and rinse well so that no detergent residues remain. Then apply disinfection using alcohol – we recommend, for example, coating the interior with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, shaking, leaving it to act and then allowing the packaging to dry naturally. It is advisable to dismantle the push-pull closure (if the design allows it), wash and disinfect it separately, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the new filling.
If the product parameters state that the bottle is made of PET, it is not suitable to expose it to high temperatures. In the case of excessive heating, there is a risk of deformation of the packaging and deterioration of the closure’s functionality. PET containers are not intended for boiling or washing in a dishwasher, where the combination of temperature and the action of cleaning agents can damage the material. Cleaning with lukewarm water and a mild detergent and disinfection with alcohol at normal room temperatures is recommended.
If you decide not to reuse the container, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted collection according to the material stated in the product parameter table. First remove any remaining contents and any label, and then place the bottle in the appropriate container for plastics. The push-pull closure should be recycled in the same way, provided it is made of the same material; otherwise proceed according to local waste-sorting rules. By proper recycling you support the reuse of raw materials and reduce the amount of mixed waste.

In this way you quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that is most suitable for your formulation and intended dosing method.
The push-pull closure is particularly practical for liquid and medium-viscosity formulations such as liquid soaps, shampoos, gels or cleaning solutions. For very thick or highly foaming products, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and dosing test to verify whether the flow rate and closing meet your requirements. It is always appropriate to test the behaviour of the viscous filling in contact with the packaging material and the closure mechanics under normal use.
