FAQ – Most frequently asked questions

Is it possible to use this bottle repeatedly?

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with proper handling and adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and dispenser, and then disinfecting them with a suitable preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated is the packaging ready for safe refilling.

How should I clean the packaging so that I do not affect the quality of the next product?

First mechanically remove the residues of the original product, then rinse the bottle with warm water and a mild cleaning agent suitable for washing dishes. After thoroughly rinsing with clean water, leave the packaging to air-dry. Before new filling, we recommend disinfecting the inner surface and the dispensing part with an alcohol-based preparation, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Make sure that no residues of cleaning or disinfecting agents remain in the packaging which could affect the new composition.

How should I correctly store a bottle filled with cosmetics?

We recommend storing the filled medicine bottle in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. A stable room temperature helps maintain the consistency and quality of the cosmetic product, and it is advisable to avoid extreme temperature fluctuations. Always close the bottle carefully to minimize the contact of the contents with air and impurities, which supports longer shelf life and safety of the product during use.

How can I dispose of or recycle the packaging in an environmentally friendly way when I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first completely emptying it and removing any product residues. Then clean the packaging so that no cosmetic residues remain in it. Adjust the method of recycling to the material specified in the parameter table for the product – depending on the type of plastic or combination of materials, assign it to the appropriate category of sorted waste (for example to plastics in the case of a plastic bottle and plastic parts of the dispenser). In the case of combined materials, we recommend separating what is possible (e.g. plastic parts) and sorting each component according to local waste collection rules.
