Plastic medicine bottle with spray pump represents a practical packaging solution for gentle and targeted dosing of liquid formulations. Thanks to the combination of the brown bottle and the black-and-gold spray pump, it is suitable for products where not only the reliable operation of the mechanism is important, but also the representative appearance of the packaging. The brown design helps reduce light penetration to more sensitive components, thereby supporting the stability and shelf life of the contents with proper storage.
The spray pump creates an even dispersion of the liquid, which makes the packaging ideal for products that require gentle, precise and hygienic application. The bottle made of durable plastic is lightweight, easy to carry and suitable for everyday use as well as for travel, while maintaining a professional appearance suitable for small brands and artisan production.
This bottle with integrated spray pump forms a complete and practical combination of packaging and dosing. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verifying the sealing, dosing consistency and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, surfactants or essential oils).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle and the spray pump, rinsing them thoroughly and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of plant origin. After disinfection, all parts must be allowed to dry thoroughly at room temperature. Repeated use is recommended especially for the same or a very similar formulation, in order to minimize the risk of undesirable interaction of residues of the original product with the new contents.
Plastic packaging of this type is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. When heated, the bottle may become deformed or the spray mechanism may be damaged, which negatively affects both the sealing and the functionality of dosing. We therefore do not recommend washing the packaging in a dishwasher, boiling it or exposing it to a direct source of heat. For cleaning and disinfection, it is suitable to use lukewarm water, a mild detergent and then disinfection with alcohol according to the recommendations in the instructions for use of the given disinfectant product.
In case of impaired spraying, first check whether the outlet or the suction tube is not clogged with product residues or crystallized substances. In many cases, it helps to disassemble the mechanism to the extent allowed by the design and rinse it thoroughly with lukewarm water. For formulations with a higher content of salts, pigments or insoluble particles, regular preventive maintenance of the spray pump may also be necessary. If the problem recurs repeatedly, it is recommended to check the composition of the product and, if necessary, choose another type of dosing system that is more suitable for the given viscosity and content of solid particles.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you hand it over for recycling according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. It is usually advisable to separate the bottle from the spray pump to make material sorting easier. The container itself is placed in the bin intended for the relevant type of plastic in accordance with local waste separation rules. If you are not sure about the correct classification, follow the material marking on the packaging or the information in the technical product parameters on the website, or contact the local collection point. In this way you will support effective material recovery and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging categories. After clicking on the relevant category, you will find the advanced filter at the top of the page, where you can select packaging according to key parameters – for example neck type, size, colour or material. By combining several filters, you can quickly narrow down the selection to bottles, medicine bottles, jars or dispensers that best match the properties of your product and the desired method of application.
