The plastic bottle with dispenser is a practical and reliable packaging intended for filling various liquid preparations where comfortable and controlled dosing is important. The combination of a reclosable bottle and a dispensing pump is suitable for products that require hygienic withdrawal of the contents without unnecessary contact with air or the user’s hands.
Thanks to its manufacture from high‑quality plastic material, this bottle is suitable for cosmetic formulations, treatment preparations and concentrated blends, where more precise dosing and protection against contamination are desired. The packaging is designed to support the professional appearance of the finished product and at the same time to make everyday use easier for the end customer.
This separate bottle with neck is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing methods according to the parameters selected in the e‑shop. Depending on the specific version, it can be combined with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators that adapt the final packaging to the character of your product.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that the final product is safe and reliable in use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
If the packaging is made of PET material, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of this plastic in practical use. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore when heating and cleaning it is recommended to proceed gently in order to avoid possible deformation of the packaging. For this reason, such packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. With proper handling, the bottle retains its shape, the functionality of the dispensing system and its professional appearance throughout the entire period of use.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further after the end of the product’s service life, we recommend handing it over to separated collection according to the material type indicated in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. Correct sorting according to the relevant recycling symbol supports an environmentally friendly approach and enables further use of the material in the recycling process.
The packaging can be reused provided that hygiene rules are strictly observed and it is suitable for the specific formulation you want to fill. Before each new filling, both the bottle and the dispensing part must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol, etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný). For packaging made of PET material, we recommend carrying out cleaning at lower temperatures and avoiding boiling or dishwasher washing in order to prevent deformation of the packaging.
Before a new filling, we recommend disassembling the bottle (separating the container and the dispenser), rinsing it mechanically with a suitable soapy or cleaning solution and then allowing it to drain thoroughly. After mechanical cleaning, it is appropriate to disinfect the inner surfaces and the exterior with an alcohol solution, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. For plastic packaging, especially PET, do not use high temperatures, do not boil it and do not wash it in a dishwasher, in order to prevent damage to the material and deterioration of the dispenser’s sealing.
The compact plastic bottle with dispenser is practical for travelling and for everyday carrying in a bag or handbag, especially when the closure is properly screwed on and the container is not overfilled. Thanks to its solid construction, it withstands normal impacts during transport and the dispensing system enables hygienic application of the contents outside the home environment. Before first use, we always recommend testing the tightness of the packaging with the specific formulation, and when carrying it, storing it in an upright position.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it and removing any product residues. Then check the type of material and the relevant recycling symbol indicated in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website and hand it over to the appropriate separated collection (for example a container for plastics in the case of plastic packaging). If the packaging consists of several materials (for example a plastic container and a plastic‑metal dispenser), it is ideal to disassemble them before handing over and to sort the individual parts according to the options of local waste collection.
