Plastic medicine bottle with dispenser represents a practical and hygienic packaging intended for the precise dosing of liquid preparations. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, it is suitable for the careful packaging of various cosmetic and laboratory formulations, where controlled dosing and protection of the contents against contamination are important. The dark design of the packaging also helps limit the access of light to more sensitive components of the formulas.
This description relates to the combination of the bottle and the dispenser, which has already been designed as a functional unit. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging also functions reliably with your specific product.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly during normal use, provided that you observe basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the medicine bottle, the closure and the dispenser, and then disinfect them with a suitable preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after all parts are completely dry is the packaging ready for refilling.
Before first use, we recommend disassembling the packaging into the bottle and the dispensing part, rinsing all parts with a suitable cleaning agent and water, and then allowing them to drain well and dry. After mechanical cleaning, disinfecting the internal surfaces, for example using isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol, increases the safety of use. After applying the disinfecting solution, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then assemble and fill the packaging.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend that, after emptying and basic rinsing, you place it in sorted waste according to the material stated in the product parameters. It is advisable to separate the bottle and the dispenser as much as possible into individual components (container body, pump, any tube) and dispose of each part in the appropriate type of sorted waste according to local recycling rules. In this way you will support more efficient processing of used packaging and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
To select suitable packaging, we recommend using the extended filter in the packaging material categories. After clicking on a particular category (for example bottles, medicine bottles or dispensing packaging), you will find the filter at the top of the page. With its help you can easily filter packaging according to neck type, size, colour and material. In this way you narrow down the selection to the packaging that best matches your product and the intended method of use.
When filling liquid preparations, it is appropriate to work at room temperature and not to fill the container completely to the brim, so that the dispenser can function correctly. The contents should not have an extreme temperature or a strongly aggressive composition that could affect the stability of the plastic material or the seals. During storage, avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight, intense heat or large temperature fluctuations, in order to preserve the quality of the contents and the service life of the packaging itself.
