Plastic pill jar with white closure and induction liner is a practical packaging component suitable for the safe storage of loose, solid and small piece products. The robust construction and reliable closing help protect the contents against moisture, external influences and unwanted contamination, making the jar ideal for packing products that require stable storage and hygiene during handling. The induction liner makes it possible to create an additional barrier that supports longer shelf life and reduces the risk of unwanted opening during transport.
Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – focusing especially on sealing, the behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation, and long-term stability during storage and transport.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The jar is designed as a practical package for solid forms such as tablets, capsules or granules, so it is suitable for packing cosmetic supplements as well as products intended for internal use, provided that this is allowed by their own specifications and legislative requirements. We always recommend verifying the conformity of the packaging with the nature of the specific product and its intended use.
The induction liner serves as an additional barrier to improve tightness and protection of the contents. After filling the jar, the closure with the liner is firmly applied and, according to the technological procedure of your production process, induction sealing is carried out. The exact device settings (time, power, type of foil) must be adapted to the specific equipment and the nature of the filling, therefore we always recommend performing a trial series and verifying the reliability of the closure.
The jar can be reused if hygiene principles are observed, provided it is not mechanically damaged and the material shows good visual condition. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the jar thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable agent, for example with isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or with ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable influence on the subsequent filling. When switching to another type of product (for example from a food product to a cosmetic product) we recommend performing internal compatibility and stability tests.
If you decide not to reuse the jar, we recommend including it in separated collection according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters on the website. Before handing it over for collection, it is advisable to remove any remaining contents and labels, where possible, to facilitate recycling. Then place the packaging in the container intended for the given type of plastic material according to local waste sorting rules. In this way you support efficient recycling processes and reduce the amount of municipal waste.
To quickly find a suitable bottle, jar or pot, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter you can clearly choose parameters such as the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, colour and material, thanks to which you can easily select packaging that matches your product and filling technology. Filtering will also help you to better compare several alternatives and adapt the choice to the design of your brand.
