The plastic pill jar with white screw cap and induction liner is a practical packaging suitable for precise and hygienic dosing of various loose, solid and piece-form preparations. Thanks to its reliable closure and inner protective layer, it helps maintain the stability of the composition and protect the contents from external influences during storage and use. This type of pill bottle is ideal for projects where cleanliness, a professional appearance and easy handling for the end customer are important.
This product represents a ready-made combination of jar and cap with an induction liner, which makes it ready for direct use after you have carried out your internal tests. Combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The jar is primarily designed for packaging tablets, capsules and other solid or loose products where precise organization and protection from external influences are required. With liquid formulations, handling may be less practical, and we recommend choosing a suitable bottle or container with a dosing cap, sprayer or pump according to the nature of the product.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if strict hygiene principles and appropriate handling are observed. Before each new filling, it is essential to thoroughly clean the jar and cap and then disinfect them, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and impact on the stability of the next batch of product.
The induction liner is intended to create an additional barrier between the contents and the external environment after it has been correctly applied. After filling the jar, the cap must be firmly screwed on according to the recommendations of your filling technology so that the liner is evenly pressed onto the neck of the container. After the first opening, check whether the barrier has been created continuously and without damage. Before the product is finally placed on the market, always carry out your own tests of sealing, handling and stability.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste management regulations and according to the type of plastic material used, as specified in the product parameters. Before handing it over for recycling, remove any product residues and, if applicable, labels, and sort the jar and cap into the appropriate container according to the material designation. In this way you support responsible handling of packaging material and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
When looking for a suitable bottle, jar or pill bottle, we recommend using the advanced filter, which is available at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. In the advanced filter you can conveniently combine several parameters at once – for example the type and diameter of the neck, size, colour and material. This allows you to quickly select the packaging that best matches your formula, dosing method and the visual identity of the brand.
