Glass bottle – dropper bottle with black cap and dropper is a practical packaging intended for precise dosing of liquid formulations. The combination of high-quality glass and a functional dropper enables convenient and hygienic packaging of cosmetic blends, serums, oils or concentrated solutions where control over the amount of product applied is important.
The packaging is suitable for filling liquids with various viscosities, where precise drop-by-drop dosing is required, without unnecessary waste of the contents. The glass dropper bottle offers a stable and durable material which, when handled correctly, can be used long-term and helps maintain the desired quality and properties of the contents.
This glass bottle – dropper bottle with dropper represents a ready-made functional combination of packaging and closure, where dosing is provided by the integrated dropper. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with your specific formulation (viscosity, proportion of oil or water phase, presence of alcohol or active substances).

Before final implementation in production or in the case of regular use, we recommend comparing your requirements with the information in the technical documentation and always performing a trial filling to verify that the packaging fully meets your needs in filling, storage and dosing.
Before the first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle, cap and dropper and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to air out and dry thoroughly so that no residues of alcohol or moisture remain in the packaging, which could affect the final formulation.
The packaging can be reused if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle, dropper and cap, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. We also recommend assigning a specific bottle to a specific type of product (for example only for oils or only for aqueous solutions) and avoiding mixing significantly different fragrances and types of formulations in the same packaging.
Always store products in the bottle tightly closed, in a dry and cooler place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. This will help you avoid unnecessary overheating or temperature fluctuations that can accelerate changes in the scent, colour or stability of active substances. Do not overfill the bottle to the very top so that there is space for handling the dropper and so that the contents do not overflow into the closure thread when closing.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic cleaning, you recycle it appropriately according to the materials listed in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle is usually disposed of in a container intended for glass, while plastic or rubber components (for example part of the dropper or seals) must be separated into appropriate collection bins according to local waste sorting rules. Always follow the information about the packaging material given on the product page and local recycling guidelines.
