The plastic bottle for cleaning agents is a practical container designed for safe storage and dispensing of liquid mixtures in the home and in professional use. It is particularly suitable for cleaning solutions, disinfectants and application mixtures that are used repeatedly and require reliable handling. PET is a packaging with good dimensional stability and strength, which allows it to retain functionality in normal use.
The bottles are compatible with different types of closures and dispensers (e.g. screw caps, droppers, dispensers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
It is most commonly used for cleaning solutions, disinfectants and working mixtures intended for technical and cleaning purposes where convenient dispensing and reusability are important.
Yes, the packaging can be reused, provided hygiene principles are observed. Before filling, the packaging must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), e.g. with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96%.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that you empty, rinse and sort it into your plastic collection. PET packaging is a recyclable plastic; the cap or dispenser should be separated and sorted separately according to the material used.
PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures as there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. The packaging is not dishwasher safe or dishwasher safe; thorough cleaning and subsequent disinfection is recommended for reuse.
