Plastic bottle for cleaning products with white spray trigger represents a practical and professional packaging for home and semi-professional formulations. Thanks to its ergonomic shape and precise spraying mechanism, it is suitable for packaging various liquid cleaning and care preparations where even application and user comfort are important. The closed system minimizes the contact of the contents with the surroundings and helps maintain the stability of the composition throughout the entire period of use.
The packaging is designed to handle everyday use, frequent trigger squeezing and transport. Thanks to the combination of the plastic bottle and the functional spraying system, it is suitable for liquid products with different viscosities – from watery solutions to slightly gel-like formulations that need to be applied as a fine mist or a more precise stream.
This bottle with spray trigger forms a complete and practical combination for direct use. Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for formulations with a higher content of solvents, alcohols or specific surfactants.

When working with cleaning formulations, we recommend respecting the information on the suitability of the material in relation to the type of chemistry used and the pH of the product, as well as the recommended storage conditions (temperature, exposure to direct sunlight, etc.). If you decide not to reuse the packaging, dispose of it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules according to the material designation given in the product parameters and on the packaging.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles and compatibility with the specific formulation are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray trigger must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After cleaning, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the container. When changing the type of product (for example from a different cleaner to a disinfectant solution), we recommend even more thorough cleaning and considering whether a new packaging might be more suitable.
After longer use, residues of the product may build up in the tube or in the spray head. For maintenance we recommend regularly flushing the system with clean water, or with water containing a small amount of mild detergent, and squeezing the trigger several times so that the solution passes through the entire mechanism. Then rinse with clean water and allow to dry thoroughly. For thicker or highly foaming products, it is advisable to carry out flushing more frequently in order to minimize the risk of clogging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first emptying it as much as possible and rinsing it so that no residues of the cleaning preparation remain. Then proceed according to the recycling mark indicated in the product parameter table and directly on the bottle (type of plastic and corresponding recycling code). The bottle body is usually sorted into a container intended for plastic waste, while the spray head should, where possible in the given municipality, be handed in as part of plastic waste or as part of mixed waste collection, if required by local rules. The bottle with spray trigger is ideal for watery and slightly viscous cleaning solutions intended for surfaces, glass, bathrooms, kitchen countertops and textiles. However, it is always necessary to check whether the bottle material is compatible with the raw materials used – especially in the case of a higher content of solvents, oils or stronger chemical components. Before filling a larger amount, we recommend preparing a smaller test batch, filling the packaging with it and monitoring for several days any changes in colour, elasticity or sealing in order to confirm the long-term stability of the packaging–product combination.
