Glass bottle – dropper bottle with white surface and aluminium closure represents an elegant and professional packaging for liquid as well as drop formulations. The opaque glass helps protect sensitive components from light, thereby contributing to the long-term stability and quality of the filled product. Thanks to precise sealing, this type of packaging is suitable for cosmetic, laboratory and artisanal products where protection of the contents and a clean, representative appearance are important.
This glass bottle is supplied with an aluminium closure and is at the same time compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters – for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The glass bottle is suitable for most oil-based and water-based formulations used in cosmetics and technical solutions. For specific or highly concentrated active substances, we always recommend performing your own stability and compatibility test of the packaging material with the specific formula before filling the entire batch.
Yes, the packaging can be reused provided hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated is the packaging ready for refilling.
It is recommended to fill a smaller amount of the final formulation into one test bottle and observe its behaviour over several days to weeks. Pay particular attention to the sealing of the closure, any change in the colour of the glass or cap, changes in scent, consistency or any release of particles. Such a test helps to verify whether the selected packaging is suitable for long-term storage of the specific product.
If you do not plan to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The glass part should, after emptying and basic rinsing, be placed in a container intended for glass. The aluminium cap can, after removing product residues, be placed in metal packaging collection according to local waste sorting rules. Before recycling, it is always important to follow the recommendations from the packaging parameters and the collection rules in your municipality.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category, a filter will appear at the top of the page where you can combine several criteria – for example the type and diameter of the neck, the size, colour and material of the packaging. This allows you to quickly select the bottle, dropper bottle, jar or other packaging that best matches your formula and the visual concept of your brand.
We recommend storing filled bottles tightly closed, in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Stable room temperatures without significant fluctuations support a longer shelf life of most cosmetic and technical products. For sensitive formulations (for example with a high content of natural oils), storage in a slightly cooler environment according to the recommendations of the formula manufacturer may also be suitable.
