Plastic dispenser with smoke cover 24 mm is a practical and reliable component for hygienic dispensing of liquid formulations in cosmetics and household chemicals. It allows controlled extrusion of the contents from the bottle, thereby reducing the risk of product contamination and making its everyday use easier. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, it is suitable for various types of liquid recipes with different viscosities, from light toners to thicker emulsions and hand soaps.
The dispenser is primarily intended for liquid to medium-viscosity formulations, such as emulsions, liquid soaps, gels and lighter creams. For thick butters and very dense creams, dosing may be limited, so we always recommend making a trial filling and testing whether the pump can handle the consistency of your product without excessive resistance or clogging.
The dispenser can be reused repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to disassemble the packaging as much as possible (if the design allows it), mechanically clean it from residues of the original product and then disinfect it thoroughly. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol with a quality level according to your requirements. On Handymade you will find, for example, IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then refill.
The dispenser can be combined with various plastic or glass bottles and vials, provided they have an identical neck according to the data in the product parameters. When changing the type of packaging (for example from a plastic bottle to a glass one), we always recommend testing not only the tightness of the thread but also the dosing method with the specific product – the consistency and the surface inside the bottle can affect the smoothness of suction and extrusion of the contents.
If you decide not to reuse the dispenser and the corresponding packaging, we recommend recycling them according to the material designation given in the product parameters and on the packaging itself. Before disposal, remove any product residues, rinse the packaging and separate the individual parts (for example plastic closure, dispensing head, and possibly glass or plastic bottle) according to the type of material. Containers made of plastic or glass belong in the appropriate sorted collection containers according to local rules, thereby supporting effective recycling and reducing the amount of mixed waste.
