Plastic cap 24/410 ribbed black is a practical screw cap designed for reliable and convenient closing of various types of bottles and medicine bottles with a compatible neck. Thanks to the ribbed surface, the cap is easy to handle even with oily or wet hands, which reduces the risk of slipping when opening and closing. The cap is suitable for packaging liquid and slightly viscous products where safe closure and protection of the contents against leakage or contamination are the priority.
The cap is intended for use with bottles and medicine bottles with a 24/410 neck and enables simple adaptation of the entire packaging to the specific product. Individual bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing (for example screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verify sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation in order to prevent possible leakage, changes in consistency or deterioration of the contents.

The cap can be used repeatedly with proper handling, as long as it remains mechanically undamaged and seals without signs of wear. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the entire packaging, including the bottle and the cap. It is suitable to use, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Disinfection must be carried out in accordance with hygiene principles in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the prepared products.
After screwing on the cap, we recommend performing a simple leak test with a small amount of product or test liquid. Close the bottle, turn it upside down and leave it standing for several minutes on an absorbent surface. Then gently shake it and check whether traces of leakage appear on the thread or around the joint. If you are working with thicker or more reactive formulations, it is advisable to perform the test also after a longer storage period in order to verify the stability and functionality of the closure.
The method of recycling depends on the specific material given for the product in the parameter table. Before disposal, it is advisable to empty the packaging and, if possible, rinse out product residues. The packaging and the cap are then sorted into the appropriate container according to the material (for example plastic waste for plastic components). If you are not sure, follow the recycling symbols and the recommendations in the product description. If you do not wish to reuse the packaging, recycling it will reduce the amount of waste and the burden on the environment.
The ribbed screw cap 24/410 is a practical choice for liquid and slightly viscous preparations where convenient manual opening and reliable closing are important. In practice it is used mainly for facial waters, toners, oil serums, hair toners, body oils, as well as for various technical and auxiliary solutions used in home cosmetics production.
