The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer represents a practical and professional solution for packaging a wide range of liquid preparations intended for topical use. Thanks to the high-quality plastic body and functional sprayer, it is suitable for the even application of cosmetic, cleaning or auxiliary formulations where controlled product dispersion is important. The matte trigger sprayer allows comfortable dosing and supports hygienic handling of the contents.
The dark design of the bottle helps to reduce light penetration to the more sensitive components of the formulation, which can contribute to better stability of certain light-sensitive recipes. The durable plastic packaging is suitable for liquid products with various viscosities that are applied in the form of a fine or medium-intensity spray mist.
This bottle with sprayer is supplied as a functional combination of the packaging and dispensing component intended for direct use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify the suitability of the packaging for your specific product.

The suitability of this plastic bottle for oil-based or alcohol-based preparations depends on the specific composition and the concentration of active substances. Before final use, we recommend performing your own compatibility test – fill a smaller amount of product, monitor any changes to the plastic (softening, discolouration, leakage) and verify the functionality of the sprayer during prolonged contact with the formulation. If you are not sure, it is recommended to consult the choice of packaging with a technologist or formulator.
The bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are observed, but it is recommended to keep it long-term for the same type of product (for example, always for a water-based body spray or the same type of cleaning solution). Before each refilling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected (for example, using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol) to prevent microbiological contamination and to avoid affecting the stability of the new contents. In the Handymade range you will find suitable disinfectant alcohols that are practical also for small workshops and home formulations.
Before reusing the packaging, the bottle and sprayer must first be thoroughly rinsed with the residual medium or a suitable cleaning solution and then with clean water. After mechanical cleaning, disinfection of the inner and outer surfaces of the packaging follows. For this purpose, we recommend using alcohol-based disinfection, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol from the Handymade range, which are available as IPA 99 % and ethanol 96 % products. After applying the disinfectant, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then refill it.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way via separate collection according to the type of plastic used, as stated in the product parameters. After thoroughly emptying the contents, rinse the bottle and sprayer and place them in the appropriate container intended for that type of plastic. The recycling symbol, material designation and the recommended sorting method can be found in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. By following this procedure, you support the reprocessing of the material and reduce the amount of waste in municipal collection.
