The plastic bottle with smooth cap and reducer insert represents a practical and professional solution for packaging liquid and lightly viscous formulations. Thanks to precise dispensing through the reducer insert, it is suitable for products where control of consumption and clean application without unnecessary spilling is important.
The packaging is designed for modern cosmetic and chemical formulations where a combination of reliable sealing, comfortable use and an aesthetic appearance of the final product is required. The smooth cap with integrated reducer insert allows convenient application directly from the bottle, without the need for additional tools.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a smooth cap and reducer insert, which allows comfortable and controlled dosing. Combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging will function reliably with your specific product.

Follow the material composition and the recommendations in the product parameters also when recycling – after emptying the packaging and removing product residues, place it in the appropriate separated waste stream according to the indicated type of plastic. If you decide not to reuse the packaging, its gentle recycling is recommended in accordance with local waste sorting rules.
The bottle with smooth cap and reducer insert is optimal mainly for thin to medium-viscosity liquids such as toners, solutions, light serums or hair lotions. For very thick creams and gels, dosing through the reducer can be limited, therefore for these types of products jars or pump solutions from the relevant packaging categories are recommended.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before the first filling and before each further use, the bottle, cap and reducer insert must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available in the Handymade range (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol, Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). After complete drying, you can safely fill the packaging with the selected product.
We recommend storing the filled bottle in a dry, clean and shaded place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. After each use, tighten the cap firmly to minimize contact of the contents with air and impurities. At the same time, follow the storage recommendations for the specific formulation (for example, sensitive active substances, acids or plant extracts may require a lower temperature or a shorter period of use).
Before recycling, empty the bottle completely and, if possible, rinse out product residues. Then follow the material information given in the product parameter table – according to the type of plastic, place the packaging in the appropriate container for separated collection (for example together with other plastics). Recycle the cap and any internal reducer insert according to the same or the recommended procedure; if they are made of a different material, it is advisable to separate them. Local waste sorting rules may be specific, so it is always worth checking the recommendations of your waste collector.
